Soloists Johanna Försti and Teemu Roivainen
Conductor and host Raimo Vertainen
Johanna Försti and Teemu Roivainen will perform as Guardia Nueva soloists as Kokkola Winter Accordion celebrates its 20th Anniversary.
The acclaimed tango king Teemu has sung with Guardia Nueva several times previously – leaving audiences each time in hopes of hearing him again soon. It will be first appearance with the orchestra for the delightful Försti, who is known most recently for her solo singing performance on Tanssii Tähtien Kanssa.
Guardia Nueva’s performance will take audiences on a musical journey in Finland and around the world – from Tango to musicals to film music. Expect musical treats and surprises, among them beloved songs from Evita, Phantom of the Opera, Theater Boat, Mamma Mia, Fiddler on the Roof and Jersey Boys. And, as always, there will be evergreens from the Schlager world.
